Manish Garg
Manish Garg’s journey from a seasoned corporate professional to the founder of PMCBS is a testament to his vision and dedication. With a solid academic foundation and extensive industry experience, Manish has shaped a remarkable career.
For 15 years, Manish excelled in various roles at Punj Lloyd, Emaar India, ICICI Bank, and Wonder Cement, gaining expertise in infrastructure development, residential and commercial projects, financial management, and sales and marketing.
In 2014, he founded PMCBS to address the industry’s need for better project management and quality assurance.
Driven by a passion for excellence, Manish has built PMCBS into a trusted name in the AEC industry. His leadership ensures seamless operations and outstanding service delivery, making PMCBS synonymous with innovation and reliability.
Anshu Garg
Anshu’s journey with PMCBS is marked by vision and dedication. Joining in 2014 to oversee Accounts and Finance, she aimed to leverage her academic qualifications and passion to drive the company’s success.

Sunny Porwal, our seasoned expert in Master planning of Drainage, Sewerage & water Supply Infrastructure Projects.
Sunny’s key contributions include the master planning of new schemes in Delhi, covering over 36,000 hectares of land for providing sewerage networks, water supply, and solid waste management.
His leadership and technical prowess drive the successful execution of complex projects, making him an invaluable asset to the PMCBS team. His commitment to excellence ensures that each project meets the highest standards of quality and sustainability.
Prem Suthar
Prem’s expertise spans multiple domains critical to our project success, making him a vital asset to our team.
He excels in design management, high-rise and infrastructure projects, CETP and STPs, and MEPF designs. His extensive experience and meticulous attention to detail ensure that every design is not only innovative but also practical and sustainable.
His journey has equipped him with a deep understanding of the complexities involved in various design aspects, allowing him to deliver high-quality solutions that meet the rigorous demands of the industry. Bhupendra, brings a wealth of expertise to PMCBS, playing a crucial role in managing contracts, tenders, and bids for EPC and turnkey projects.

Lt. Cdr Gagan Deep Singh
Gagandeep’s distinguished career in the Indian Navy & Corporate Sector, is a testament to his commitment to excellence in project management and operations.

Ayushi Jain
Ayushi Jain serves as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at PMCBS, with 8 years of experience and background in civil engineering and project management, Ayushi has spearheaded numerous successful BIM projects in the USA, UK, and the Middle East, including Football stadiums, airports, seaports, expos, and several other residential and mixed-use projects.
Ayushi drives operational excellence and strategic growth at PMCBS. Her expertise in BIM implementation has streamlined project workflows and enhanced stakeholder collaboration.
Ayushi is committed to advancing PMCBS’s leadership in the BIM industry through innovation, collaboration, and delivering exceptional value to clients.
Kirti Acharya
Kirti has more than 22 years of experience in FP&A (financial planning & analysis) functions, obtaining funding, working with department heads to analyze financial data and crafting budgets.
Currently, He plays an Instrumental role for designing PMCBS’s Policies related to corporate Finance & Accounting.
